Amitabh Bachchan has sent a legal notice to AAP leader Kumar Vishwas for copyright infringement of his late father Harivansh Rai Bachchan’s poem ‘Nirman.’ Economic Times has reported that the legal notice stated that Sr Bachchan was shocked when he came across Kumar Vishwas’s rendition ‘Nirman’ without any authorisation and decided to take this measure. Bachchan’s lawyers have filed a copyright infringement suit against him claiming that the AAP leader’s recitation might lead the public into thinking it was his poem. “Your unscrupulous and ignoble acts have caused wrongful loses to our client and wrongful gain to ourselves and further amount to unfair trading and unjust enrichment,” the legal notice said. Here’s Kumar Vishwas’s recitation of ‘Nirman’:
