Bipasha Basu gets one marriage proposal a day!

The John Abraham-Bipasha Basu love story, that lasted for almost a decade, ended in bad taste. While John is about to get married to his new girlfriend Priya Runchal, Bipasha is still in search of true love. But is marriage on Bipasha’s cards? “Not yet”. Bipasha is enjoying her life now, and says that she is doing everything that she couldn’t do before. “I am enjoying myself too much to fall in love,” she tells Bombay Times in an interview. Reuters”]  [/caption] In the interview, Bipasha also hints that John ‘cheated’ on her and she is not sure if she can ever be friends with him. “Cheating, infidelity and deceit are generally tough to forgive," hence in such cases real friendship is impossible, she says. After her relationship with John ended, there were rumours that Bipasha moved on, first with Hollywood heartthrob Josh Hartnett, then Shahid Kapoor followed by Rana Daggubati. The rumour that Rana Daggubati and Bipasha are dating has been making the rounds ever since the two paired up for Dum Maaro Dum, but recently Daggubati put an end to it saying they are “just friends”. The 33-year old actress has also denied all rumours and claims that she is single and happy. But, this is not the first time that Bipasha is “getting proposals”. Three years ago, Bipasha stormed out of the shoot of Lamhaa in Srinagar, leaving the unit, director Rahul Dholakia and actor Sanjay Dutt who had landed in Srinagar to shoot with her in a lurch. Why? Apparently a local cop who was in charge of providing her security was so smitten by Bipasha’s persona that he walked up to her and proposed her in front of the entire cast and crew. Bipasha just told her director ‘You won’t understand, you’re not a woman’ and went back to Mumbai without any explanations. The proposal left Bipasha stunned. Reports said that though Bipasha is used to men getting over-enthusiastic around her; normally, boyfriend John Abraham is around to handle awkward situations. But this time, Bipasha had to deal with it herself. “She told the cop that John was her life and they both loved each other very much.” The guy stood there bemused till the unit’s security staff took him away. Well, the actress still has to deal with “constant proposals” herself, since the love of her life John Abraham is now all set to get married to someone else.
