Halfway through its tenth season on Colors TV, the game is reaching a new high in the Bigg Boss house, and after an exhausting week of challenging tasks and endless fights, it is time for the housemates to get the week’s round up and assessment from their megastar host Salman Khan.
Salman, this time starts the ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’ from the activity area, about which the contestants are unaware of. There are three posters depicting the lives of Manu, Manveer, Mona, Priyanka and Bani, in the house. The first poster is called ‘Dostana’, indicating the friendship between Manu, Mona and Manveer; then there is ‘Gharwali Baharwali’ with Manu caught between Mona and Priyanka, and finally there is a poster called, ‘Alone’ with Bani, who has isolated herself in the house.
Salman takes it up with Bani later by telling her that she is the victim of her own emotions. Bani, who is now one of the nominated contestants, is in the jail area along with Rahul Dev, Jason Shah and Elena Kazan, after she lost the ‘Dome’ task to Priyanka. Salman further tells Bani that her emotions are taking a toll on her and also affecting her performance in the show. Giving her advice, he tells her that it is better to stay alone rather than getting caught in a whirlwind of emotions, which chokes Bani up. “How did you reach in jail? You got distracted because of the emotional quotient. Don’t waste your emotions as nobody is deserving here,” Salman tells Bani.
Opening the episode on a funny note, Salman challenges Om Swami to enact a scene with Gaurav and further give a dance performance with Lopamudra in true Bollywood style. Swami, along with Lopa, dances on ‘Tune Maari Entriyaan’ thereby entertaining everyone.
Adding a little fun to the fair, Salman asks the housemates to evaluate the wild card contestants — Sahil Arora, Jason Shah, Priyanka Jagga and Elena Kazan by rating them with stars. While Jason gets a maximum of four stars from Gaurav for his positive attitude, Elena ends up getting just one star for her under-performance in the dome task. Manu rates Sahil with two stars stating that he has joined the show mid-way and has developed a strategy. When asked by Salman till where will Sahil go in the show, Manu replies that he doesn’t see him in the top 5. Mona gives Priyanka Jagga two stars as she feels Priyanka strategises each minute in the house. Reviewing Swami Om’s bizarre antics from the previous week, Salman questions him for stealing and hiding toiletries. Justifying himself, Swami says that he just wanted to distribute it equally among the housemates and had no intentions to steal it.
Coming to the ‘Khalnayak Kursi’, Salman asks the contestants to nominate a contestant who deserves to grace it this week. While the majority of votes, as usual, go for Swami, Lopa breaks the pattern and nominates Gaurav instead. Justifying her stand, Lopa explains that Gaurav displayed insensitive behaviour during the captaincy task after Manveer slipped and hit himself. Impressed with Lopa’s decision, Salman praises her for making a valid point. Furthermore, while on one hand, Salman questions Gaurav for his behaviour during the captaincy task, Manu and Bani get into a heated argument as Manu points fingers at Bani for playing a dirty game by “planning, plotting and over-reacting”. Manu further says that Gaurav’s supporters planned and came to sabotage Manveer’s efforts during the captaincy task. Irked with his remark, Bani questions as to why is he targeting her and if he has any personal problem with her he should speak directly to her. Incidentally, Bani was declared safe and she leaves the jail to go back to the main area while the rest of the nominated contestants – Rahul Dev, Jason Shah and Elena Kazan — remain in the danger zone.
After congratulating Gaurav for his captaincy, Salman also tells him his various responsibilities and stresses upon cleanliness as everybody complains that the house was quite dirty. Salman gives the contestants a recap of how Rohan Mehra was, as a captain. Salman asks the other contestants about captaincy and what they would do as a captain. Salman tells Gaurav that it is his responsibility to make sure that the house is clean all the time. Salman then announces that senior journalist Dibang, who is seen analysing the show on a daily basis, will be asking them some questions that the contestants have to answer. The first question is directed to Gaurav asking him for how long he is planning to maintain his celebrity image and about his friendship with Bani. Salman elaborates that Gaurav is seen being defensive about his friendship with Bani. Gaurav says that he doesn’t understand why everyone is talking about their friendship. Bani says that she loves bickering with him and has high expectations from him.
Adding some spice to the ongoing action, Manu’s girlfriend Priya Saini, Mona’s boyfriend Vikrant Singh Rajpoot, and Manveer’s sister-in-law Sunita Baisoya join Salman for his segment ‘Salman Ki Sabha’. When asked if Priyanka Jagga’s re-entry will split the MMM trio (Manu, Manveer, and Mona), they claim that she is being unpredictable at this moment. Speaking about Mona and Manu’s growing closeness, Vikrant says that Mona is just doing it for the game while Priya questions Mona’s intentions and integrity. After being asked if Priyanka is intentionally targeting Mona, Sunita says that Mona is a weak contender and is riding on Manu and Manveer to survive in the game.
The Sunday (4 December) episode of ‘Weekend Ka Vaar’ will again have unlimited drama and entertainment with actors Ranveer Singh and Vaani Kapoor entering the house to promote their upcoming romantic flick Befikre. The duo will also challenge the contestants besides shaking a leg with Salman. Ranveer will be seen mimicking Anil Kapoor and Sanjay Dutt while answering some questions thrown at him by the show host. And in a strange development, Bigg Boss will call Swami Om to the confession room and tell him to exit the house for some emergency reasons.
