Bigg Boss 11 eliminated contestant Jyoti Kumari: 'Several contestants were weaker than me; why was I evicted?'
Jyoti Kumari sounded terribly unhappy and disappointed with her ouster from the Bigg Boss 11 house on Saturday.
Jyoti Kumari, who made news for her unwarranted bad behavior and earned the tag of motor-mouth in the initial days, sounded terribly unhappy and disappointed with her ouster from the Bigg Boss 11 house, on Saturday.
“I’m not feeling good at all. There were several contestants who were much weaker than me. Everybody in the house felt that Luv will be eliminated. In fact, he himself had no confidence about surviving. Maybe girls voted for him and saved him. I was definitely stronger than Luv, Benafsha, Mehjabi and Sabyasachi, then why was I evicted?” lamented the girl from Massaudi, Bihar, who was the youngest contestant on the reality show.
She doesn't mince her words even once. Talking about the strategy of certain contestants to save themselves from elimination, Jyoti gave the prime example of Dhinchak Pooja, who entered the house as a wild card entry about 10 days back and is famous for her cringe-pop songs.
“Pooja is hardly seen and dozes of most of the time. At times, people in the house don’t even remember that she existed but she behaves like one big celebrity. She’s bad with tasks. When she entered she was aware that Arshi and Akash were popular on the show, so she decided to tag along with them. It helps her survive,” said Jyoti, who was also in news when the show host, Salman Khan, had schooled her about sexual orientation when she had condescendingly flaunted her ignorance about how a gay man would produce an heir, while talking to Vikas Gupta.
Further, revealing more information on the famous fights inside the house between Arshi-Hina and Vikas-Shilpa, Jyoti said that it was Arshi and Shilpa who were to be blamed as they were responsible for starting the fights. “Shilpa comes up with crazy topics and the contestants are not even aware of what transpired between her and Vikas outside. Vikas keeps quiet because he doesn’t want to disrespect a woman, but Shilpa takes advantage of that,” said Jyoti.
While Jyoti finds Sapna getting personal quite often with the co-contestants, and Arshi acting all the time, she finds Hina far more balanced.
“Hina is smart, she plays the game well and takes a stand. She was among top two in Khatron Ke Khiladi. She was going well in the task here as well, but lost because of Pooja,” said Jyoti, further adding, “Sapna is strange to say that she didn’t like Vikas’s face. She had also made personal comments about Arshi that she can’t find a suitable boy for marriage. She sleeps all the time but she is smart to have her strategies up her sleeve at the right time. Arshi is always in her character, she is acting all the time with hundreds of cameras on.”
Jyoti also revealed that Bandgi and Puneesh, who behave like they were love birds, were faking their relationship for their own gain.
“They are playing a double game and it is an old funda of faking an affair the house. When I had asked Bandgi about Puneesh, she told me that I was mad to believe them having an affair. She had clearly told me that it wasn’t true because Puneesh was 10 years older than her. They are doing it only for the show,” said Jyoti, who believes that Hina, Vikas, Hiten and Shilpa are strong contestants.
Further, Jyoti also expressed her displeasure about the former contestant and Bigg Boss Season 7 winner, Gauahar Khan giving away the 'Suraksha Kavach' to Akash which would enable him to safeguard himself from nominations later. “On what basis did she give it to Akash?" she wondered, further adding. "I felt that I was more deserving because I was a weak contestant."
