National-award-winning actress Keerthy Suresh, who delivered impeccable performances in films like Mahanati, Dasara, Annaatthe and others, has tied the knot today with longtime boyfriend Antony Thattil in Goa.
The duo got married according to Iyengar customs. The actress donned a yellow and green madisar (a kind of drape) along with a side bun popularly called Aandal Kondai.
A week back, the wedding invitation of the couple went viral on social media, which read, “It is our great pleasure to inform you that our daughter is getting married on December 12 in an intimate gathering. We hold your blessings in high regard and sincerely hope you will keep them in your thoughts and prayers. We would be grateful if you could shower your blessings upon them as they begin a new chapter of their lives together. The newlyweds are high-school sweethearts and dated for 15 years before taking this step. December has turned out to be a special month for Keerthy as apart from getting married, her first Bollywood film is arriving at the box office on the festive day of Christmas in the form of Baby John.
Recently, the trailer of Varun Dhawan, Samantha Ruth Prabhu & Wamiqa Gabbi starrer Baby John was released and it garnered a positive response. For the unversed, it is the remake of Atlee’s directorial Theri, which featured Thalapathy Vijay, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Amy Jackson.
Baby John is directed by Kalees and co-produced by Atlee, who directed Theri. The film also stars Jackie Shroff, Zara Zyanna, Rajpal Yadav and Sheeba Chadha in supporting roles with a cameo of megastar Salman Khan. The movie marks the Bollywood debut of Keerthy Suresh. Baby John’s music has been Thaman S while the editing is handled by Ruben. The camera is cranked by Kiran Koushik. It is produced under Jio Studios, Cine1 Studios and A for Apple Productions.
