Excitement around Baahubali: The Conclusion, known to fans simply as Baahubali 2, continues to mount.

SS Rajamouli's epic is the sequel to his 2015 blockbuster Baahubali: The Beginning, which featured Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty and Tamannaah Bhatia in key roles.

While the film's makers have released the odd snippet or two from Baahubali 2 to keep fans satisfied, their latest offering is pretty cool: A new poster for Prabhas, released as a Maha Shivratri special.

Director Rajamouli shared the look on Twitter, captioning it: "Saahore Baahubali... Happy Maha Shivaratri."

The poster shows Prabhas leaping up the trunk of a majestic elephant.
