Baaghi 2 box office collection at Rs 25 crore; Tiger Shroff-starrer registers biggest opening of 2018

Tiger Shroff starrer Baaghi 2 has proved to be the biggest opener of 2018 thus far.

According to film trade analyst Taran Adarsh, Baaghi 2 made a total collection of Rs 25.10 crore on Friday (30 March). The movie has overtaken Sanjay Leela Bhansali's highly controversial Padmaavat to emerge as the biggest opening of 2018.

Apart from Tiger Shroff, Baaghi 2 also stars Disha Patani, Prateik Babbar, Manoj Bajpayee, Darshan Kumar, Randeep Hooda, and Deepak Dobriyal.

The Rani Mukerji starrer Hichki continued its decent run at the box-office in its second week. With Rs 2.40 crore collected on Friday and Rs 2.60 on Saturday, Hichki's total collection at the box-office has scaled up to Rs 31.10 crore.

Ajay Devgn's Raid is approaching the 100 crore mark steadily in its third week with Rs 1.82 crore collected on Friday and Rs 2.26 crore on Saturday.
