Los Angeles: The synopsis for the highly anticipated fantasy film “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales” is out on the web. It will witness Johnny Depp’s Jack Sparrow having a hard time facing off a new character. As the movie has started its production in Australia, Depp’s eccentric character is all set for an adventure to find an important artifact, reports aceshowbiz.com. The fifth instalment in “Pirates of Caribbean” movie franchise will be co-directed by Espen Sandberg and Joachim Ronning with a script by Jeff Nathanson. Actor Javier Bardem is confirmed to play the villain, Captain Salazar. The film will also star Kaya Scodelario, Brenton Thwaites and Golshifteh Farahani in pivotal roles. “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales” is expected to release in US July 7, 2017. IANS
