actress says
, “Fair enough. I will tell you why I don’t want to talk about it. I was open about my relationship because I thought that’s me handling something maturely and I expected people also to handle it maturely,” adding, “As an actor, I was giving some of my best performances, but in an interview, the headline would always be about my personal life.” Anushka compared the situation of Indian actors with those abroad and said that actors there are not allowed to talk to anyone and even when they give interviews, it is not completely focused on their personal lives but just a part of it. But here in the absence of any such protection she is constantly probed about her personal life. Reports suggest that Anushka recently joined Virat in Saint Lucia, a Caribbean island where the cricketer was playing the India-West Indies test series, to cheer him on. On the work front the actress, who is still basking in the Rs 300 crore success of Sultan has two big films lined up for the year – Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and Phillauri. The full interview is availabe in Filmfare magazine, August issue.
