As per the agreement between the two companies, Tiwari and Kakar were supposed to perform at an event but failed to do so. Since then, two years have passed and the commitment allegedly remains unfulfilled. Deep Kumar Vora, who has filed the complaint, claims that he had flown down from the USA to specifically resolve the matter in person. However, despite his repeated attempts, he did not receive a reply from the singers. Therefore, the firm was forced to asked the singer to either initiate a refund or do a show. However, due to no concrete response from the singers, the firm was compelled to take legal action. The police have registered a cheating case against the accused and summoned them. However, none of them is in town at the moment.
