Anisha Padukone reveals who will spoil Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone’s baby more: 'I have a sneaky feeling...'

As the Bollywood royal couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are all set to enter parenthood in September this year, the actress’ sister recently shared her reaction to the good news. Deepika’s sister Anisha Padukone, in a conversation with MyFitness on iDiva, expressed her heartfelt emotions about the impending arrival of the baby.

Speaking of her sister Deepika Padukone and her brother-in-law Ranveer Singh’s new chapter as parents, Anisha said, “Great, great, first-time feeling,” She also opened up on who is likely to spoil the little one the most and added, “Spoil. It’s a tough one. I want to say Ranveer, but I have a sneaky feeling that my parents are also gonna be right up there.” Anisha Padukone’s statement reflects her excitement to welcome her sister’s baby into the family.

Earlier in February, Deepika dropped a post on her Instagram handle announcing her pregnancy. The post featured an image adorned with distinct symbols associated with babies like tiny clothes, shoes, and balloons. Additionally, it had “September 2024” written at the centre, signalling the baby’s arrival in September this year.

On the other hand, Anisha Padukone is the CEO of Deepika’s NGO, The Live Love Laugh Foundation. She recently bagged a prestigious award for the social impact of the NGO and exemplary work towards the mental health of individuals. As Anisha clinched the SheSparks Award for social impact, Deepika couldn’t contain her excitement and posted a story featuring her sister’s picture while receiving the award which she accompanied with a text that read, “My little one,” followed by a white heart emoji.

Coming back to Deepika Padukone, the actress was last in Fighter with Hrithik Roshan. Now, she is all set to share the screen with Prabhas in Kalki 2989 AD. Besides this, she will also be a part of The Intern’s Hindi remake which also features Amitabh Bachchan. Meanwhile, Ranveer Singh replaced Shah Rukh Khan as the new Don in the most anticipated Don 3, directed by Farhan Akhtar. Reportedly, Kiara Advani has been roped in to play the lead in the third instalment of the franchise.
