Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant’s pre-wedding celebrations start with Anna Seva for 51,000 people

The pre-wedding festivities of Mukesh Ambani’s son Anant Ambani and Viren Merchant’s daughter Radhika Merchant are set to begin tomorrow. And before that, the wedding customs of the Ambani family started with Anna Seva, which took place on Wednesday at Jogwad village near the Reliance Township in Gujarat’s Jamnagar.

Mukesh Ambani, Anant Ambani and other members of the Ambani family, as well as Radhika Merchant, her maternal grandmother and parents Viren and Shaila Merchant served traditional Gujarati food to villagers. The food will be served to 51,000 local residents and it will continue for the next few days.

Anna Seva has been organised by the Ambani family to seek the blessings of the local community for the pre-wedding festivities. The mega event, which will take place from 1st to 3rd March will be attended by the biggest names from the worlds of business, sports, and entertainment.

The grand 3-day pre-day event will have a lavish menu comprised of 2500 dishes. These delicacies will be served across three days and there won’t be any repetitions. The breakfast will have over 70 options, while lunch and dinner will give more than 250 choices.

From Indore to Jamnagar, a specialized team of over 25 chefs will fly for the event. The festivities will take place in Jamnagar city, Gujarat, as it holds significance for the Ambani family

Day 1 theme and wardrobe: “An Evening in Everland,” with the dress code set as “elegant cocktail attire.”

Day 2:  On the second day, there will be two events. In the first one, comfortable footwear and attire are recommended subsequently translating to a ‘dazzling desi romance’.

The festivities will include the endearing aspects of joyous Indian family celebrations – Music, Dance, Carnival fun, visual artistry and a special surprise performance.
