However, her mom has a different version of the story to tell. According to Amrita Singh, Sara was never offered these films.

Speaking to Deccan Chronicle the actress said, “Not true at all. My daughter was never offered Student Of The Year 2. As for the other film, the remake of The Fault Lies In Our Stars was shelved, so where was the question of Sara doing it?”

Amrita added that although not immediately, Sara would be definitely entering films.

Meanwhile The Times of India reports that Sara will be debuting in Gadar director Anil Sharma's film Genius.

The film will have Sharma's son Utkarsh in the lead, it is said.

Earlier Sunny Deol had approached Sara  for the remake of the 1980s hit film Betaab. But reports suggested that she turned down the film as she had already taken up the Dharma films.

Even before making a debut, Sara is clearly in demand!
