Zoya Akhtar-directed The Archies created a lot of buzzes lately as it featured many kids of the A-listers from the industry, thus making the film as well as the performances the talk of the town. Agastya Nanda, the grandson of Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan also made his acting debut with the film. That being said, Big B seems quite proud and happy watching his grandson stepping into the Indian film industry following the family legacy. The senior most actor recently also took the young Agastya with him to meet the scores of fans who wait for him outside his Mumbai home. In what can be said to be a regular tradition among fans, hundreds gather outside Amitabh Bachchan’s Mumbai residence to meet their favourite star. The Piku actor on the other hand also obliges them as he wholeheartedly meets them. However, this time he had company. Both Big B and Agastya were seen waving out to the fans outside his home. Amitabh Bachchan also took to his social media handle to share pictures from the day, showing the grandfather-grandson duo standing in front of fans. He captioned it with an interesting caption taking note from The Archies’ song ‘Sunoh.’ “T 4856 - Sunoo !!”, he wrote.

While the first picture shows the young actor flaunting a big smile on his face as he waved to the fans while being by his grandfather’s side, the second one shows them from behind. Big B was dressed in a multicolour sweatshirt paired with white joggers and a cap, while Agastya can be seen donning a plain black T-shirt with a pair of blue jeans. Agastya Nanda in The Archies Agastya Nanda is the son of Amitabh Bachchan’s elder daughter Shweta Bachchan and Nikhil Nanda. He also has a sister Navya Naveli Nanda. The 23-year-old actor recently made his debut in films with The Archies released on Netflix. Based on the popular Archie comics, the film also features star kids Suhana Khan and Khushi Kapoor followed by newcomers like Vedang Raina, Mihir Ahuja, Aditi Saigal, and Yuvraj Minda. While Agastya played the role of the iconic Archie Andrews, Suhana portrayed Veronica Lodge and Khushi Kapoor played the role of Betty Cooper.
