The pan-India star Allu Arjun has added another feather to his cap. Breaking the Internet, the Pushpa actor shared a selfie with his newly unveiled wax statue. With this achievement, the actor has now joined the league of various acting stalwarts to be honoured with a wax statue. On Thursday, the actor dropped a picture of himself with the wax statue replicating the iconic Pushpa pose, the same that the statue had.

Allu Arjun shared the photo on his Instagram handle with the caption, “Here we go #MadameTussaudsdubai #ThaggedheLe.” The wax statue of the actor is dressed in his iconic red jacket from his film Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo and pulls off the ‘thaggede le’ gesture from Pushpa with utmost perfection. Allu, too, can be seen donning the same outfit for the big day.

Meanwhile, the actor also dropped a picture earlier on Thursday morning to tease the launch of the statue and wrote, “It’s a milestone moment for every actor.”

Calling Allu ‘the king of dance,’ Madame Tussauds also shared a picture of the actor after the unveiling was done. Later, a video was also posted in which the big reveal can be seen happening. However, for Allu, the surprise was not just his statue, but also his daughter Arha emulating his iconic Pushpa pose. The actor, who was visibly joyous to see her daughter, joined her in posing with the statue too, pulling off the Pushpa pose.

The launch of the Allu Arjun’s wax statue coincided with the day when his debut film Gangotri was released in 2003. As the actor completed 21 years in the industry, he wrote on his X handle, “It’s a very spl day today. My 1st movie #Gangotri was released today in 2003 & today I am launching my Wax statue at #madametussauds dubai.”

He added, “It’s been an unforgettable journey of 21 years . I am grateful to each and every one of you in this journey & special thanks to my Fans (ARMY) for their ardent love & support . Hoping to make you all more proud in years to come . Ever Grateful & Humbled.”
