Alia Bhatt will next be seen in Vasan Bala’s Jigra, which bears uncanny resemblance to Divya Khossla’s film Saavi.
The teaser trailer begins in a seedy and atmospheric bar or restaurant where Alia is gutted and struggles for words as Manoj Pahwa listens to her story. The whole trailer has montages of the actress and what she and her family is going through. And she gives this role her all.

The film also stars Vedang Raina, last seen in Zoya Akhtar’s The Archies.
