After his daughter Athiya Shetty made her debut in Hero under Salman Khan Films in 2015, now it is Suniel Shetty’s son Ahan who will grace the silver screen.
The Indian Express reports that Ahan has bagged a film under Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment for which he is undergoing rigorous training in London. Hindustan Times reports that the filmmaker Sajid Nadiadwala was immensely impressed by the second generational star and sent him to London to pep up.
Athiya took to Twitter to confirm the news:
Uff, this baby has grown up! Congratulations Aaani, love u😘❤️ @SunielVShetty @NGEMovies @WardaNadiadwala #AhanShetty pic.twitter.com/HBxQKnIIgF

The same report suggests that Ahan’s film is likely to be officially announced by September 2017. Also, his debut film will be in the action romance genre, on the lines of the 2014 entertainer Heropanti through which Nadiadwala launched Kriti Sanon and another industry kid Tiger Shroff.
Not only Nadiadwala but also his Kick star Salman Khan is also instrumental in materializing Ahan’s debut. Along with launching his sister Athiya, Khan has always been keen on encouraging Ahan on signing a Hindi film though Ahan had always maintained that he is too young to sign a film.
Like Nadiadwala, Khan has always encouraged young talent and has been, indirectly or directly, responsible for the debut of stars like Arjun Kapoor, Pulkit Samrat, Varun Dhawan, Sooraj Pancholi, Zarine Khan, Sneha Ullal and Katrina Kaif.
Khan has been on good terms with Suniel for ages. The latter has played extended cameos in the former’s films like Priyadarshan’s 2005 drama Kyon Ki and Sohail Khan’s 2014 action flick Jai Ho. Suniel got emotional after Khan played a significant role in launching both his children.
God owes us nothing but gives us everything. Always stay grounded Ahan. Welcome to the beautiful world of films. Always there for you. Papa. pic.twitter.com/ei3iChp0Uq

Another film personality who has always believed in infusing fresh blood into the industry, filmmaker Karan Johar also took to Twitter to congratulate the budding actor.
Johar has not only launched actors like Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt and Siddharth Malhotra but also more than a dozen directors from Nikhil Adwani to the Baar Baar Dekho-fame Nitya Mehra.
With three launch vehicles backing up the debut of Ahan, directly or indirectly, the second generational star is destined to make a grand debut.
