Pakistani actress Nadia Khan is making a lot of waves on social media for some of her comments against Bollywood stars. A video of Khan has gone viral on social media where she says how Hindi film actors got insecure of Pakistani actors and got them banned. She targeted Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, and Salman Khan.
She said, “In recent times, our actors (Pakistani actors) have become quite popular there. Fawad Khan started working there, and that made some of the established actors (in Bollywood) feel insecure. They turned it into a political issue and had the Pakistani actors banned. It wasn’t just the politicians; even the top actors there were apprehensive.”
She added, “They were afraid, not that they would lose film opportunities, but that the Indian audience would go crazy for them. These actors work primarily with their eyes and have impeccable Urdu skills, which led to this insecurity. Indian audiences adore our actors. Pakistani dramas are produced at half the cost, and our directors are passionate about taking their work international. That passion is paying off, and these stars are now going viral in India. The Khans have become insecure. They worry about what will happen when these young actors arrive. In their age group, there are no stars like them there.”
