'Acche din' already here? Salman says he always liked Shah Rukh

Have the monsoons made getting to work a watery nightmare? Are the rail fares up? Has finding a cab back home become more difficult a task than cracking CAT? Because not only has Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan hugged at a recent iftaar party, the former has declared that he has always liked the latter. Now, if that is not a sign of all the ‘acche din’ to come, what is? After Shah Rukh and Salman were summoned by Mumbai MLA Baba Siddique to renew their hugging vows again for the press this year, reports claim that Salman also said that the hugging business might be more than an annual show. India Today quotes Salman as saying, “Yeh sab Iftaar tak hi seemith nahin. Inshallah aap humein aage bhi saath dekh sakte ho!” The Times of India adds that Salman said Shah Rukh is a great guy, when asked about their famed hug during a press conference for Kick. Several reports had noted that how this second hug looked less forced and unwilling that the first one last year at Baba Siddique’s party. In fact, Shah Rukh Khan seems to have managed to pack in a ’nice shirt’ or ’nice deo’ between hugging to Salman, while the latter beamed at Shah Rukh, Baba Siddique and back at the cameras. TOI quotes Salman as saying, “I met Shah Rukh today. He is a good guy. I like him. I have always liked him.” ‘Acche din’ might soon look like this.
