Traffic jam, neat parking and tow-away vehicles is how Gurgaon observed first ‘Car-free Day’

While Gurgaon was supposed to observe Care-free Day on Tuesday, the initiative failed to reduce the number of cars and it was just like any other day in Gurgaon with bumper-to-bumper traffic.
