IPL molestation case: Is the victim a US national or Indian?

Is Zohal Hamid, the woman who accused Australian cricketer Luke Pomersbach of molestation and assault, a US national or an Indian citizen? The mystery remains unresolved. According to the FIR she filed with the Delhi police and a copy of which is with Firstpost, she has listed herself as an Indian national. But in the address column, Zohal gave an address in New York, USA. When asked about this discrepancy, a senior police officer told Firstpost that Zohal was definitely a US national despite listing her nationality as Indian in the FIR. “She is a US national who arrived in Bombay around three months ago looking for business opportunities. She flew from Bombay to Delhi to watch the IPL match with Sahil Peerzada,” said C K Dwivedi, ACP, New Delhi range. PTI”]  [/caption]Sahil Peerzada, her fiance, has maintained that he knows Hamid for the last three years and the became close in the last three months. Hamid has accused Pomersbach of acting indecently and physically assaulting Peerzada, her fiance, after a post-match party held in a Delhi hotel. She had also alleged that she had been threatened and told not to file the FIR against the Australian cricketer.
