New Delhi: Former Delhi law minister Jitender Singh Tomar on Tuesday withdrew his bail plea in an alleged fake degree case. PTI[/caption] Additional Sessions Judge Vinod Kumar Yadav allowed Tomar to withdraw his bail plea and granted him liberty to file a fresh application in the concerned court. On Monday, a magisterial court remanded Tomar to four days police custody. Delhi Police arrested Tomar on last Tuesday and slapped a case of cheating, forgery and conspiracy against him. IANS
