Twitter wars are the new normal. Be it politicians, celebrities, CEOs or brands. These epic brand "battles" may not be as dramatic or snarky as celebrity feuds, but when brands bring their social media sass, you've got to notice it.
While e-commerce Twitter wars are not unusual, it is a PR win for both parties, as the exchange garnered thousands of re-tweets from respective communities. As the brands’ personalities shine through, their humour resonates with followers – and draws some added publicity. The latest to join the Twitter slugfest are Indian airlines SpiceJet and AirVistara.
On Tuesday, new entrant into the aviation space, Vistara used a phrase similar to SpiceJet's tagline - "with all our heart" - in one of its promotional tweets.

Earlier this month, SpiceJet had launched a massive campaign with the tagline "With all our heart".
But Vistara didn't back down and used the opportunity to remind its followers, that the airline is here for the love of travel.
