LinkedIn just released a list of the 25 hottest skills that got people hired on the networking site this year.

The world is data-driven and businesses are looking to grow. Little wonder that more than half of the skills on the list are related to tech.

Just a c++ course is no longer good enough to land you a job. The trends from the skills reveal science, technology, engineering, and Math (STEM) education are top priority for many of the world’s governments, while businesses are betting on data mining and data engineering to store, retrieve, and make sense of all that information.
