India’s online furniture company Urban Ladder has appointed Apurva Dalal as its chief technology officer. Some of the key focus areas for Urban Ladder are mobile, big data and analytics, product discovery and search and 3D product visualisation. Dalal has earlier worked with Komli, Google, eBay and WebMD. He brings 20+ years of hands-on experience designing large-scale software systems, search infrastructure and building technology teams. His expertise is evinced in building software products in areas of e-commerce, search and enterprise cloud computing.
