In the last six months, Infosys has seen 8 top level exits. The resignation of director and former chief financial officer V Balakrishnan, also meant the second of the company’s three chief executive officer contenders was calling it quits.

Balakrishnan’s departure has raised some major concerns over succession planning at Infosys. The exits could signal turmoil and, perhaps, even trouble.
