Fashion discovery start-up Roposo has got another round of funding from existing investor Tiger Global. The firm has raised $15 million in this round of funding.
Roposo, which is backed by Flipkart co-founder Binny Bansal, had received $5 million nearly three months back.
“This takes the total amount of funding raised by Roposo to $21 million, including a seed round of $1 million from investors Binny Bansal and India Quotient.“ a report in The Economic Times said.
The Gurgaon headquartered Roposo was founded by three IIT Delhi alumni Mayank Bhangadia, Avinash Saxena and Kaushal Shubhank in 2012.
The latest round of funds will be used to expand the team besides improving technological infrastructure and overhaul of product.
“The app, which is available for Android and iOS users, claims that it has more than 1 million active users. The app helps users discover specific products from more than 300 web stores and 4,000 brands,” a Business Standard report said.
