To The New launches 2-year programme to train entrepreneurs across Asia

For the first time, entrepreneurs and those in the making will be trained and given an opportunity to start ventures through a two-year `Entrepreneurs-At-Work’ program, launched yesterday by To the New.

The company will identify, train and mentor professionals in the digital industry and provide them with a platform to kickstart and head new divisions, geographies, products and services or business units under its umbrella.

The selection process is stringent. Only candidates in the 26-28 years age bracket, from premier management and technical institutes across India, ASEAN and China, with three to five years of work experience are eligible for the program. The company looks to take candidates with a mix of work experience in large organizations and start-ups. The soft criteria includes leadership skills, aptitude, and innovation. “But what we specifically look for is individual energy and inventiveness,” says Puneet Johar, Managing Director, To The New.
