Snapdeal's online Diwali property sale to offer 10% discount; apartment rates start at Rs 30 lakh

New Delhi: Online marketplace Snapdeal has kicked off property sale on its platform, offering 10 percent discount on basic selling price to customers, as well as other freebies.  The Diwali real estate sale starts from 5 October and will continue till 21 October. This is the second edition of real estate Diwali sale on Snapdeal. Last year, it sold nearly 150 homes in 7 days, the company said in a statement. The shopping festival features apartments from leading real estate developers including Prestige Group, Puravankara, Kolte Patil Developers, Provident Housing, Panchsheel Group, Sreejan Realty, Rohan Lifescapes and Sikka Group, among others. The apartments on sale are available in Delhi/NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata, Ahmedabad and Jaipur in a price range of Rs 30 lakhs to Rs 5 crores. “Customers buying real estate on Snadpeal will be able to avail of home loans from State Bank of India (SBI) at lowest interest rate. In addition, buyers can also avail of exclusive offers like 10 percent discount on Base Selling Price, 25:75 payment offer, discounts upto Rs 6 lakhs,” Snapdeal said. Freebies on offer from developers include cars, iPhones 6s handsets, iPads, gold coins and more.
