The venture plans to bring together high net worth individuals (HNI), and companies eager to invest in these categories of businesses. “Significant growth is expected in these domains, and consolidation is likely in coming years. We believe, true entrepreneur energy will be unleashed if business environment is simplified, and we are aiming to deliver innovative engagement models and provide favorable ecosystem to startups, helping them achieve unprecedented business momentum”, said Mr Niket Agrawal, co-founder, SeedSphere Ventures. Some of the other important issues that SeedSphere would provide expert guidance would be structuring the legal entities and stakes of the promoters, shareholder agreements inter-se between promoters, and transactional support in the investment process and others.
