Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson's diet seems quite simple, healthy and includes regular stuff — if you count out the supplements that he takes.
Divided between seven meals is a total of this: 36 oz cod, 12 whole eggs, 2 cups oatmeal, 12 oz sweet potato, 4 cups veg, 8 oz chicken, 6 cups white rice, 2 tbsp fish oil, 8 oz steak, spinach salad, salad and 30 grams casein protein.
Yes, that's a lot of fish — not really cool if you're a person who doesn't like fish — but are up for a challenge. That person was Sean Evans of complex.com .
A Buzzfeed listicle shows how Evans fared in his challenge — which included eating a meal in office, hitting the gym hard, puking in office, doing some exercises using tables and chairs and then eating more.
The article says that Evans was already full by noon and could not stuff any more food into his system — plus, this is a guy who 'can't stand looking at fish.'
He also skipped meal No 6, which included 10 oz codfish, two cups rice and salad. "It’s just too much, I’m brimming at this point. That’s going to go in a garbage can," he said.
Evans realised that it's easy to mimic The Rock's signature tune and line 'if you smell what the Rock is cooking' — but it's surely not as easy to actually eat what he does — daily.
