Lenovo names Rahul Agarwal as India MD; elevates Amar Babu as APAC COO

Lenovo has appointed Rahul Agarwal as managing director for Lenovo India. Agarwal takes over from Amar Babu, who will now take on a regional mandate as COO, Lenovo, Asia Pacific and Chairman, Lenovo India. Agarwal has been the Executive Director, Commercial & Enterprise Business, Lenovo India, and has been heading the Commercial Business since April 2011. During the last 10 years at Lenovo, he managed many roles in sales and marketing and has contributed “significantly” in growing the brand in the country.
