Jio Chat brings Nawaabs to Lucknow

Jio Chat, the recently launched instant messaging app from Reliance Jio has introduced three sets of localised stickers created by Jio Chat team and renowned cartoonist and illustrator Neelabh Banerjee. These stickers bring out the cultural ethos of Lucknow and are symbolic to the city of Nawaabs. Image courtesy Jio Chat[/caption] These animated creatives underline Lakhnavi culture and celebrate it by remixing age old Lucknow ‘takia kalaams’ with the current social gestures to engage the multi-cultural city of Lucknow and its generations using terminologies such as Pehle Aap, Bhaiyaji Pranaam, Gustakhi Maaf, etc. Users can enjoy these specially created Nawaabi style stickers offering location-wise, activity based, infotainment/entertainment based and topical new range of stickers which are infused into the application on a regular basis keeping the user-experience fresh, exciting and engaging. Another unique feature on offer is a group created for merchant community of Hazratganj. This group will be synced to get updates & regular trading news and alerts and socialize with other members to further enhance their business. Jio Chat Application which is available on Android and iOS platform is a powerful communication tool that integrates chat, voice, video calling, conferencing, file sharing, photo sharing and much more in a single application.
