CIOs face increasingly tougher demands for driving business agility while at the same time dealing with the challenge of Shadow IT that can cause integration nightmares. Siddharth Agarwal, Vice President, Product Management and Strategy at Oracle says that Oracle Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) is the answer to these CIO challenges. In a conversation with Firstpost he delves into the market position for Oracle PaaS in India, the handicap of Oracle’s lack of a local public cloud footprint in India and the challenges that IoT will bring to PaaS.
