Cube26, a technology start-up, has entered into a partnership with IIIT-Hyderabad to initiate research on cognitive intelligence. The year-long project will select two to three postgraduate and five to six undergraduate students of IIIT-Hyderabad, to strengthen the data science capabilities of Cube26. There is significant amount of user feedback that could be collected to correct and improve algorithms. In 2016, smart machines and cognitive systems will form the foundation for enhancing speed of access to information and personalizing customer experiences,” he further added. Vasudeva Varma, Professor and Dean (Research), IIT-Hyderabad said, “This is a great opportunity for our students to work on a niche subject like cognitive intelligence. Cognitive intelligence is an untapped sector in India and this research will be beneficial to both Cube26 and our students.”
