Fancy something in Bigg Boss house? Now, you can buy it on Snapdeal

In the first of its kind initiative, Snapdeal, India’s largest online marketplace, has launched a virtual Bigg Boss house on its website. The e-commerce site will now let customers get a complete 360 degree view of the Bigg Boss house and allow them access to each and every corner of the property.

And if you can fancy any product in the house, you can buy it on Snapdeal. These products will include a range of home furnishing and home dcor items, kitchenware and electronics.

Sandeep Komaravelly, Senior Vice President - Marketing, Snapdeal.com said in a press release, “Big Boss 8 is only getting bigger and better with every episode. We joined hands with television’s most popular show with an objective of engaging with our audiences on a daily basis. The virtual Bigg Boss house will provide consumers with an option of buying the products as well, which is a very strong proposition for the users, given the popularity of the show.”

Earlier, Bigg Boss, which is hosted by superstar Salman Khan, had associated with its title sponsor Snapdeal.com to provide a merchandise store for its fans in India who can purchase memorabilia from their favourite show that has a wide range of products specifically designed.

“Interestingly, the novel and innovative initiative has not only helped Snapdeal promote Bigg Boss but earn big bucks too,” noted this Financial Express report .
