Buy a luxury apartment in Dubai and get a Lamborghini free

Dubai: In an enticing offering, a real estate developer here is handing out a Lamborghini, BMW or a Mini Cooper on select luxury property units sold during the Dubai Shopping Festival.

Damac Properties has announced that every customer will receive a new car on select luxury property units.

Customers buying a Damac Properties penthouse during the Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) will be given a Lamborghini Aventador roadster with their purchase.

Buyers in other select Damac Properties units will receive either a BMW or a Mini Cooper, depending on the size of the unit, the Khaleej Times reported.

“Damac Properties’ DSF promotion is always highly anticipated and we see some of the best results of the year during this time,” Niall McLoughlin, senior vice-president, Damac Properties, was quoted as saying bun the daily.

“Guaranteeing a brand new 2014 Lamborghini, BMW or Mini Cooper with purchases in select units is an exciting incentive which many international visitors to Dubai during this period really appreciate,” he said.

In 2013, penthouse buyers were offered a 2014 Audi R8, buyers of three-bed units will given an Audi A8, two bedroom were given an Audi A6 and one bed got an Audi A4.
