Last week, the 16 billion dollar Mahindra Group launched a campaign inviting ideas to claim what it calls the ‘Rise Prize’ - a one million dollar innovation challenge that follows the company’s ‘Spark The Rise’ entrepreneurial challenge from 2011. Storyboard’s Animesh Das spoke to SP Shukla, president - group strategy and member, group executive board; chairman, Mahindra Innovation Academy and chief brand officer, Mahindra, on what the group hopes to achieve through this challenge and finds out how the three-year-old ‘Rise’ brand philosophy has helped.
