Vodafone IPL campaign: Watch the ZooZoos in the kitchen and a jungle safari in new spots

Vodafone has released two new spots featuring the ZooZoos. The commercials show the ZooZoos in a cooking-based reality show and in a jungle safari. Including these, the brand has now released a total of seven commercials for the ongoing Indian Premier League.

The spot titled ‘ZooZoos’ Kitchen’ begins with a cooking contest reminiscent of Masterchef, where three ZooZoos are busy cooking up a storm. The camera then focuses on one of the ZooZoos, who is busy whipping up a fish delicacy. He looks at the clock and realizes that he is making it in good time. Suddenly, his phone rings; he mistakenly picks up a fish and speaking into it, while accidentally dropping his phone into the cooking pot, instead. By the time he realizes the mix-up, it is too late. The end slate says, “Need a new SIM? Walk into any of our 8000 Vodafone stores”.

The other TVC, ‘ZooZoo Safari’, opens to a ZooZoo in a jungle impatiently pacing about his tripod and camera. In quick cuts, he is shown to stare about through the lens, look around for a sign of any wildlife creature to click. Bored, he finally takes out his phone and begins watching a T20 match and gets completely engrossed. A dinosaur comes into the frame, snarling at the ZooZoo, but the latter is completely oblivious to it. The end slate comes in with"Crazy about cricket? Watch the T20 match only on Vodafone Sports".
