Mahindra Group’s latest hire is Ruzbeh Irani, for the post of chief group communications and ethics officer. The development follows the retirement of Roma Balwani in March this year, who led the Group’s communication function for almost nine years.

In his new mandate, Irani’s primary role is to develop and strengthen the Group’s communications strategy and execution on a global scale. As the chief ethics officer, he is to infuse and maintain the highest standards of ethics and corporate governance across Mahindra. He is also a member of Mahindra Group’s executive board.
