Adidas Football: The Dream ‘All in or nothing’

Between the recent conclusion of the Champions League and the FIFA World Cup that begins June 12, football fans barely have a breather. But brands have been advertising for the Wrold Cup for a couple of months already. Adidas has just released the ‘Dream’ spot for their ‘All in or nothing’ campaign, featuring Lionel Messi who is dreaming an exciting World Cup dream. Crisp, wonderfully shot and edgy, this one is a great ad by Adidas.

KFC: Stairs

Here is a cool ad by KFC, complete with an emotional connection that brings families together, without the end being sappy. And who would have thought that stairs would be a cool mnemonic to convey time lapse? This ad is cute and smart, and deserves the attention.

IKEA: The Terrace

IKEA has a new heart-warming commercial that features two children, but that is not just why this one is heart-warming. The ad seamlessly brings together the children in the context of the ‘IKEA spaces’, where neither the children nor IKEA become the hero over the other. This one deserves a view, for sure!

Rebel Sport: Ode to Winter

This one is a winner, surely. The copywriter has done a great job with the ‘ode’, while the director has done a lot to bring it alive through the execution. The ode is cool enough to warrant a repeat hearing too, as you silently salute all sportspeople for their motivation to train hard in the treacherous winter. Good job, Rebel Sport! You surely do get advertising.

**Hotel Football:**Class of ‘92 v/s the Builders

If impromptu challenges to a football game by legendary footballers is your thing, then this ad for Gary Neville and Ryan Gigg’s Hotel Football might just hit the spot. It’s fun and cheeky and and might just entertain more than just fans of Manchester United.
