Cheil India has bolstered its creative department with the appointment of seven new members to its creative team. The new members include Jayant Mathew, group creative director - Art; Varun Goswami,senior creative director - Copy;Joy Sen Gupta, senior creative director - Art;Prashant Sharma, senior creative director - Art; Navajyoti Pegu(Oyio), senior creative director - Copy;Prasanth G, senior creative director - Art andAnkur Kalita, creative director - Copy. At Cheil India, Jayant Mathewwill be partnering Navin Theeng, group creative director - Copy. BothVarun Goswami and Joy Sen Gupta will be working as a team as will be the case with the duo - Prashant Sharma, and Navajyoti Pegu (Oyio).PrasanthG will be working on brand Samsung forSAARC and Ankur Kalita will report to Navin Theeng.

Jayant Mathewmoves from Publicis where he was the creative director. Mathew started his career at Contract, Chennai in the 90s and then on to Contract, Delhi.He has since worked at Rediff, McCann, Grey, Saatchi & Saatchi and Capital & Publicis.

Varun Goswamijoins from Lowe Delhi where he was a unit creative director. He started his career over a decade ago as a copywriter with iB&W Communications. Since then he has been a part of creative teams at agencies such as BBDO India, Contract and JWT.

Joy Sen Guptaalso moves from Lowe Delhi where he was also a unit creative director. In a career spanning 12 years, he has worked with agencies like BBDO India, Contract and JWT.

Prashant Sharmajoins from McCann World Group where he was a creative director - Art. His advertising career spans across agencies like Euro RSCG, Contract and Leo Burnett.

Navajyoti Pegu(Oyio) has moved from McCann World Group, where he was Creative Director. Pegu began his advertising career with Leo Burnett, Delhi and since then worked with Euro RSCG, Ambience Publicis, Contract and McCann.

Prasanth Gjoins from JWThe was working as creative director - Art. He got into advertising with TBWA, Delhi and has since worked with agencies such as BATES, Percept H and A advertising (now Wieden+Kennedy).

Ankur Kalitahas moved from McCann World Group, New Delhi, where he was a creative leader.He has also worked at agencies like Contract, Grey Worldwide and Euro RSCG.
