It is available as a SaaS model and is designed to help enable enterprise customers transform their HR processes. Leveraging its strong relationship with Oracle and co-development experience on Oracle Fusion Applications, Wipro SprintHR helps significantly reduce cost and deployment timelines.
Based on Wipro’s proven rapid deployment framework for cloud applications, Wipro SprintHR is a productised service that helps customers configure the functional scope and deploy this solution, with little impact on business continuity. It offers a unique and powerful blend of Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) modules that include HCM processes such as Talent Management, Benefits Management and Core HR administration.
