Evangelists, a New Delhi, India-based provider of information technology research, advisory and strategic consulting services has entered into a strategic partnership with TheInfoPro, a New York City based research network and supplier of market intelligence for the IT industry.

Evangelists and TIP will undertake an in-depth study of the outsourcing market specifically in the IMS (Infrastructure Management Services) and EAS (Enterprise Applications Services) domains.
