Telenity And CommVerge Sign Reseller Agreement

Telenity, a provider of next generation converged services platforms and applications for communications networks, announced a value added reseller partnership agreement for Asia Pacific region with CommVerge Solutions, the Asia-based telecommunications systems and solutions integrator.

Telenity and CommVerge will focus on jointly serving mobile operators with converged services solutions that include:

-- Canvas Integrated Messaging Solutions including SMSC, MMSC, Fixed-line SMSC, Unified Messaging Server (UMS), USSD gateway, SMS Router, Voice SMS

-- Canvas Value Added Services including voice, data and video services
