Tadiran Telecom Announces Coral SeaBeam

Tadiran Telecom, a player in the telecommunications space for more than 35 years, has announced the launch of Coral SeaBeam in India. Coral SeaBeam is an advanced SIP softphone that integrates with Tadiran’s Coral IPx/FlexiCom and the Coral Sea Softswitch.

Coral SeaBeam runs on Microsoft Windows and functions as a terminal on both Coral IPx and FlexiCom systems, as well as on Coral Sea Softswitch systems. The application is run from user desktops, providing them with essential office communications services, including four-party video conferencing, six-party audio conferencing, Presence (available with Coral Sea Softswitch), on-demand call recording, Microsoft Outlook integration and multiple accounts per user.

Easy to install, the Coral SeaBeam allows the user to make/receive calls, initiate/participate in conference calls, display/view availability information, and activate a variety of other telephony features all from the computer. The user-friendly interface, which includes feature keys, LCD-like display panel and a message waiting indicator, makes the SeaBeam easy to learn and use.

The SeaBeam is also flexible; it supports open SIP standards for both Voice and Video over IP, turning your computer into an instant IP communications device. Going further, it provides users with constant feedback, including call details and icons for ignoring calls, forwarding calls to voicemail, adding callers to your contacts list, etc.
