Sybase Selects Varicent For Sales Performance Management

Sybase, a player in the enterprise and mobile software space, has selected Varicent SPM (sales performance management) as its single, integrated solution for administering sales performance management activities. Specifically, Sybase will use Varicent SPM for territory management, quota planning, incentive compensation, sales analytics and reporting.

“The Varicent Team earned our confidence, and presented us with a holistic platform for executing our sales performance management strategy,” said Bob Green, Vice President of Finance, Sybase. “We are eager to begin providing better compensation visibility for the sales force, and equipping sales management with performance dashboards, and other enhanced analytics and planning tools.
