SunTec Business Solutions, a provider of relationship-based pricing and centralised billing solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with Infosys Technologies to offer its TBMS-F product suite coupled with Infosys’ universal banking solution, Finacle, to the global financial services industry.
Finacle and the TBMS-F suite will function together to provide streamlined product-centric and relationship-based pricing at an enterprise level. The combined solution will offer differentiation to target banks in the areas of customer retention, roll out of customised product bundles, value-based pricing and a single customer view across all products and services.
