Sage Accpac Integrated Suite To Offer ERP, CRM

Sage Software India has released its new Sage Accpac Integrated Suite with the availability of version 5.5 of Sage Accpac ERP business management system. The new suite configuration integrates ERP with Sage CRM. It also provides analytical dashboards in Sage Accpac ERP 5.5 and offers a free bundled pack of Insight Business Intelligence tool (Author and Viewer).

“With the launch Sage Accpac Integrated suite we will be addressing the critical front-to-back office integration that can take small and mid-sized businesses to the next level of business process automation. Sage Accpac will also significantly enhance the end-user experience by introducing business analytics, which can transform business efficiencies in this segment,” said Thomas Abraham, managing director, Sage Software India.

The Suite combines the benefits of ERP and CRM to deliver integrated front and back office business processes. This facilitates improved decision making by providing insight into what is happening within the business, enhances collaboration between customer-facing and back office workers and helps to improve customer relationships by providing one complete and consistent view of the customer.

Going further, the dashboard feature of version 5.5 supports an extended view of the enterprise. The dashboards provide snapshots of the business that help managers better analyse, predict, and manage business performance. Key performance indicators, such as age of accounts, are instantly available, providing alerts that can be turned into actions through collections, payables and other tasks, resulting in potential cost and cash flow improvements.

In addition to dashboards, version 5.5 provides a new ‘Account Rollup’ feature that supports automatic account consolidation in the general ledger, new multicurrency revaluation options, and streamlined processes for managing job tracking.
