Ramco Systems has deployed Salesforce SFA (sales force automation) to improve lead management and sales effectiveness.
According to Barbara Angius Saxby, chief marketing officer, Ramco, “Salesforce SFA has helped us streamline and automate our sales process in a cost effective manner and gives us visibility into our marketing campaign effectiveness as well.”
“Salesforce allows us to better manage our sales process and pipeline, improve lead conversion rates and boost the productivity of our sales staff. As the sales team becomes more accustomed to the system, they’re appreciating the time it saves them and allows them to concentrate on continuously growing the business,” Saxby added.
Salesforce SFA was rolled out to Ramco sales staff in India, Europe and the Middle East.
